Good Earth Realty & Auction to host Amateur Auctioneer Contest at the 20^th Annual Blue Crab Festival

Palatka, Florida— Local auctioneer, Len Freeman is at it again folks! At this year’s Blue Crab Festival, Freeman will be hosting the first ever Amateur Auctioneer Contest, open to contestants of all ages. Items to be sold vary from antiques to beautiful artwork. Everyone is encouraged to enter! Entry forms can be found in the Palatka Daily News or online at www.goodearth.us. There is no entry fee, but in lieu of a fee, Good Earth Realty & Auction asks that each entrant bring a canned good, or other non-perishable item, to be donated to a local soup kitchen. There will be two age groups, Under 16 and Adult, which will be competing for some really outstanding prizes. In the Adult competition, the grand prize is a day or evening cruise on a River Adventures houseboat. Several hours for you and 14 of your closest friends and family to spend cruising the St. Johns River, complete with a captain, fuel, grill for cooking some great food, and so much more! The grand prize for the Under 16 contest is to be decided but will definitely be GRAND!  The great thing about this competition is that no one goes home empty-handed. Each entrant that competes will receive a $25 gift card to a local merchant!
