Spectator Admission 

Special Olympics Florida will be receiving a limited number of complimentary spectator tickets from Disney’s Wide World of Sports® Complex.   Requests for pre-ordered Spectator Tickets were due to Special Olympics Florida by noon on Monday, October 27, 2008.   After that date, any other spectator whose name does not appear on the pre-ordered list, will still have the opportunity to attend by purchasing spectator tickets at the Disney’s Wide World of Sports® Complex Box Office at the following prices:

General Admission:
     - Adult:  $12.75 
     - Child (Ages 3-9):  $10.00

Length of Event:
     - Adult:  $24
     - Child (Ages 3-9):  $20.00

Special Olympics Florida will distribute pre-ordered tickets at the "Spectator Ticket" tent, set up directly across from the Box Office.  This tent will be staffed throughout the event (both Friday and Saturday).  Please see the venue map.

Please note that admission to Disney’s Wide World of Sports® Complex will be free after 6:00 p.m. on Friday, October 31 and 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 1.  Therefore, if you will be attending bowling or skating venues during the day, and only coming to Disney for Opening/Closing Ceremonies, then it is NOT necessary for you to order/purchase spectator tickets.

Please be advised, the complimentary Disney’s Wide World of Sports® Complex Length of Event tickets will not be valid at any other WALT DISNEY WORLD® theme park.


TELEVISON NETWORK:  Tape-delay telecast on Sun Sports reaching a potential audience of 6.3 million Florida cable television households.

HEALTHY ATHLETES: Special Olympics Florida will offer several Healthy Athletes initiatives at Fall Classic. All screenings are offfered free of charge to all athletes. Every athlete who would like to be screened MUST bring a consent form to one of the screening sites. Each Athlete will receive a Flash Card that will be their ticket to other Healthy Athletes venues. Athletes over 18 years of age may sign their own form and there will be forms available onsite. Athletes under 18 MUST have their parent/guardian sign the form.
