Special Olympics Florida is announcing a new partnership with FDN Communications, a Florida-based phone and Internet service provider. FDN will contribute $15,000 of communications services directly to the non-profit annually. In addition, any new telecommunications business referred to FDN through Special Olympics Florida will result in a 5% monthly donation to Special Olympics Florida of each new customer’s monthly recurring bill.

“FDN has an employee base that is very active in the community and supporting an organization like Special Olympics Florida is extremely rewarding for us,” noted FDN Chief Executive Officer Mike Gallagher. “We are pleased to do our part to help Special Olympics Florida achieve their mission of assisting those with intellectual disabilities throughout the state of Florida.”

“In addition to donating in-kind services that are essential to our day-to-day operations, FDN is providing a great way for businesses of all sizes to support Special Olympics at no additional cost to them,” said Special Olympics Florida President Monty Castevens.
