Nissan NISMO Z Auction Success for SOFL!

And Z Winner is...

Jeff Pleiter of Illinois had a collector’s dream-come-true on October 5 when he was the winning bidder on a rare 2007 Nissan NISMO Z that was auctioned off to benefit Special Olympics Florida.

Nissan North America, in support of the 20th Anniversary ZCCA International Z car Convention, donated the car, which was serial number 0001 of this limited production vehicle and the passenger-side sun visor was signed by “Mr. K” – Yutaka Katayama – father of the Z car.

The live auction bidding capped off the week-long Z car Convention and Special Olympics Flagler County athlete and Global Messenger, John Fitton addressed the crowd during the evening's banquet.

The auction raised $50,000 and was made possible through the generosity of the Florida Z Association who are continued supporters of Special Olympics Florida!
