The program has since become one of the most effective tools for global growth for Special Olympics. MedFest screening consists of vitals (blood pressure, height and weight), cardiology, abdominal, and musculoskeletal checks. Criteria for Clinical Director: A licensed examiner include Medical Doctors (MD), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicicine (DO), Chiropractic Medicine (DC), Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP), and Physician Assistant (PA). Registered Nurses (RNs) are not licensed examiners.
