“Fortifying Tomorrow’s Leaders” was an inspiring three-day event -- April 26-28, 2021 --
showing how to cope with stress and manage stressful situations, using music, yoga, and meditation to improve health and overall wellness.
Our goal was to provide tools to help
recognize and manage tension and anxiety. We can’t eliminate
stress from our lives, but we can better equip ourselves to deal with it
through exercise, mindfulness, and breathing techniques.
