Mike’s Subs is dedicated to giving back - nationally and at the local
level - to a myriad of charitable organizations, including food banks,
youth sports, hospitals, and Special Olympics! In
2023, over 60 Jersey Mike’s locations raised $450,000 to benefit
athletes who train and compete with Special Olympics Florida. The year
prior, Jersey Mike’s Subs sponsored the 2022 Special Olympics USA
Games, generously supported the Team Florida delegation, and was a
major sponsor of our annual Champions Gala.
Jersey Mike’s hosts its Annual Month of Giving each
March, incentivizing customers to donate to charity through the
company’s mobile app or in-store. This giving campaign culminates on the
last Wednesday of that month, with 100% of the day’s sales benefiting
designated nonprofits.
Special Olympics Florida is honored to collaborate again with Jersey Mike’s Annual Month of Giving in 2024,
with dozens of restaurants throughout Florida raising money and
awareness of our mission. This important partnership will enable us to
continue to serve nearly 70,000 Special Olympics Florida athletes, and at the same time, increase public understanding of their capabilities in the workforce.
