Partnership Supports Our Athletes
A huge thanks to Baptist Health and the Miami Host Committee for FIFA World Cup 2026 for coming together to support the athletes of Special Olympics Florida.
At Miami-Dade County’s recent Summer Games, Baptist Health announced a new partnership with Special Olympics Florida, marking an exciting step forward in our shared mission. More than 450 athletes, Unified partners, coaches, and supporters came together to kick off the weekend and witness this inspiring moment.
As a donor partner of the Miami Host Committee for FIFA World Cup 2026, Baptist Health’s support represents a lasting investment in our community and aligns with the One Game One Future legacy initiative – which focuses on creating long-term community impact through soccer. Through the partnership, Baptist Health and the Miami Host Committee support Unified league play and provide resources to local soccer programs, helping to expand access for athletes with intellectual disabilities. Baptist Health also supports key events, promoting health and wellness for Special Olympics Florida athletes.
We’re so grateful for partners like Baptist Health, who help us empower athletes and build stronger, more inclusive communities through sport.
