Savor the Bay and Sunshine Bowl
Thanks to everyone who helped make the 2025 Savor the Bay and Sunshine Bowl such wonderful events.
The two-day celebration of food and football took place earlier this month at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa. More than 350 turned out for Savor the Bay, which featured bites from 15 of Tampa Bay’s finest restaurants. The night included a fast-paced blackjack tournament and special appearances from several Tampa Bay Bucs stars.
The Sunshine Bowl flag football tournament kicked off the next day – April 12 – with 42 talented teams competing across three divisions. Saturday also included a high-energy cheer clinic led by the Bucs cheerleaders.
Thanks to our terrific supporters, Savor the Bay and the Sunshine Bowl raised about $213,000 to help the athletes of Special Olympics Florida. A special shout out to Raymond James, Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, and Publix for their tremendous support and to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for serving as amazing hosts.
