Countdown to the USA Games

On March 12, Special Olympics Florida hosted a celebratory event at Inter&Co Stadium to mark 100 days until the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games, June 20–26 in Minnesota. The event featured Team Florida athletes, coaches from across the state, Special Olympics Florida leaders, and local officials.

Athletes discussed their training, their goals for Minnesota, and what it means to be part of Team Florida. “I’m so looking forward to meeting other athletes from other states and making new friends,” said Duval County athlete Victoria Bilyk-Seguine.

“I’m now a part of a special group of athletes, and I will do my best to make my friends, coaches, family, and the people of Florida proud of me.”
