Special Olympics & Women's Tennis Association (WTA) Performance
Series - a monthly webinar series to learn helpful tips and tools to
improve their skills in tennis and life.
Webinars are open to all Special Olympics athletes, but geared towards
(and recommended for) tennis players of all levels.
Occurring February through July
on
the third Thursday of each month at 6:30p ET. Registration is required. Registrants will receive a confirmation email containing the link for each month.
Home Fitness - a nine-week training workout program designed for athletes and partners who want to build a good foundation of strength, cardio and overall fitness. Contact us to learn more.
Couch to 5k - a nine-week training program that transitions between walking/running with
increasing distances and running intervals as the weeks progress, designed for athletes
and partners who are interested in being able to complete a 5k race by the end of the program. Participants can use the free MoveSpring app
to track their progress.
