Orlando Health, the Official Central Florida Health Home of Special Olympics Florida, is generously providing FREE physicals to all athletes, both first time and renewals, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This is our Athlete Registration Packet that contains the History Form that will need to be completed prior to your arrival, as well as the Athlete Medical Form that will be completed by the doctor.
